Mark Davies

Mark’s life and career path brought him to the Princeton area a decade ago when he accepted a position at a local independent boarding and day school. Soon after, he met and married his wife, a university administrator and area resident for 25 years.

As a lifelong Philadelphian, relocating was no small decision but after an extensive search process with the patient guidance of a remarkable real estate professional, Mark and his wife found the perfect spot in Lawrenceville. In the process, Mark found inspiration for what would eventually become his passion and his next career.

Mark’s interest in birding, still and aerial photography, and the outdoors have taken him down the backroads of Mercer, Hunterdon, and Somerset counties and his first career in broadcasting even further afield. In addition, his knowledge of the Princeton area independent and public schools, and of Princeton University, provides his clients an insider’s perspective on the area.

Mark has a degree in communications from Temple University and a graduate degree in education from Arcadia University. He is a licensed commercial drone operator and digital media specialist. Mark, his wife Laura, and their black lab Iko, live in a 100+ year old home surrounded by gardens and birds in the village of Lawrenceville.
