Brian Waite

Drawing on over 10 years in the Hospitality Business, Brian brings with him a strong work ethic and the ability to stay calm and focused under pressure. While helping to run the Food and Beverage program at the flagship W Hotel and other Marriot Properties in Manhattan, Brian learned to anticipate his clients needs. He has an ability to truly foster relationships that go beyond the deal. Brian understands what it means to build a rapport with his clients, and patiently takes the time to understand and satisfy their real estate needs.
A Queens native, Brian attended Iona College in New Rochelle studying Public Relations. Brian also has an extensive background in Improvisational Theater, having studied and performed at the Upright Citizens Brigade and Magnet Theaters in Manhattan. It is there that Brian learned the art of active listening. Brian prides himself on being detail oriented as it only shows a real respect for his clients. As a proud team member of the Korman Frade team, Brian is dedicated to continually achieve the same success for a different audience.
