Allison Pennell knows and loves every corner of her our city: its people and stories, cultural shifts and incarnations, idiosyncrasies and neighborhoods. She is a lifelong New Yorker, having lived on the Upper West Side before moving to Park Slope. A graduate of Barnard College, Allison attended Stanford University for a graduate degree in Documentary Filmmaking. Allison came to Brooklyn nearly 20 years ago with her design/builder husband, where they have invested in renovation and new construction projects both in Brownstone Brooklyn and Upstate New York.
