Born in Europe and making NYC her home for the last 20 years, Kristina is a bilingual (English, Russian) based in New York, who learned early on that real estate was the path she wanted to pursue. Part of that branches from her innate eye for detail that she used to meticulously renovate her home, part from her strong work ethic, and part from her genuine love for helping others translate homeownership dreams into realities. With this as her base, Kristina stepped into the real estate sector upon graduating from Brooklyn College with a Masters in Accounting and a second degree in Business Management and Investments.

From 2009 to now, Kristina has gained professional experience as a landlord, manager, and investor along with a 10+ year history involved in property management, and is respected for leveraging her degrees, creative eye entailing quality finishes and materials, and strong industry network to position her clients for success.
