Dina Cohen

Award-winning Associate Broker Dina Cohen is a member of Halsteads Producers Council, which is the designation for those agents in the top 5% company-wide, as well as being named to the Halstead Platinum Circle, an elite group of agents who have accumulated more than $100 million dollars in sales. Dina was an Associate Broker at another firm for 12 years before bringing her impressive record of accomplishments to Halstead Property in 2012. Dina was consistently a top producer there and was also named as the highest earning sales agent in her office and twice acknowledged as the top sales listing agent. Dina has been listed more than once as one of the top 1,000 NRT sales associates nationwide, and was a perennial member of the Platinum Club, a select group of agents who consistently produce a number of transactions that are above and beyond the organizations expectations. In addition to several other awards and honors, Dina was singled out for providing what is so important to clients - special recognition for Outstanding Customer Service. A lifelong New Yorker, born in Brooklyn, Dina made Manhattan her home after earning degrees in both Mass Communications and Liberal Arts. She worked at Time Warner as a production coordinator and writer for a weekly real estate television show, Realty Views, and also served in various positions at NBC until she moved to Los Angeles for a year in 1998. After a year in California, however, Dina not only missed her friends and family, but also missed New York City itself. Upon her return, she immediately took the required course in real estate and took to the real estate world in a big way. A Gramercy Park resident, Dina enjoys skiing, writing, researching New York City history and the many perks of living in this great city. She is also a member of The National Arts Club. The rest of her time is devoted to real estate - a profession that she truly loves. Dinas co-workers and clients enjoy working with her because shes so down to earth, trustworthy and dedicated.
