He is consistently ahead of the curve on market trends and sought out for maximizing value in all areas of new development. Brendan has successfully worked on over 200 projects throughout the New York metropolitan area, encompassing over 2,200 units with a gross valuation of roughly $2 billion. He leverages this unrivaled understanding of the new development market to advise the Aguayo team and help them provide top notch service and marketing to all their clients. Michael Akerly With a unique background as a real estate attorney and experienced broker, and as a member of the Aguayo Team at HPDM, Mike Akerly brings an extraordinary acumen and deep insight into his clients development business. From acquisition until sell out, he works with developers to maximize their projects potential by identifying their highest and best use, designing a unit mix that will be absorbed quickly and at the highest possible prices, consulting on design choices, amenity packages, and other pre-development planning, and carefully positioning the project via strategic pricing and comprehensive marketing programs. Mike spends his free time with his wife, Kate Akerly, the two like to enjoy travel, good wine, great food, and friends and love living in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Kate Akerly Kate Akerly is a highly experienced broker in the New York City market and brings a vast level of knowledge and experience to every project and listing she is engaged in. Kate has handled hundreds of real estate transactions, has been featured on NBCs Open House New York, and has had her projects and listings featured in the New York Times, The NY Post, The Observer, The Real Deal, and Real Estate Weekly. During her free time she enjoys travel, good wine, great food, and friends. She has and advanced certification in scuba diving and is an avid skier. Tamara Abir Award-winning agent, Tamara Abir, leverages both her extensive knowledge of Brooklyn and deep understanding of real estate transactions, to help clients anticipate and avoid potential pitfalls and bring deals to fruition successfully.
