He himself resides in his third major renovation, combining two apartments to create a floor-through home big enough to raise his twins, Lily and Logan. Dennis has renovated other homes on Long Island and Connecticut as well. He loves sharing his eye for design and layout with his clients who are thinking of doing the same.
