Lyndsi Armenio

Lyndsi began her career in a Sales & Marketing role for the District of Columbia. Tasked with driving large convention business to DC, and consequently touring countless groups all over town, Lyndsi gained an immense amount of knowledge of and appreciation for the city she is happy to call home. In 2013 she was named to the Future Destination Marketing Leaders “30 under 30” by Destination Marketing Association International.

Transitioning from Destination Marketing to Property marketing, Lyndsi has kept the spirit of hospitality at the forefront of her business. In her role as a Realtor, the transaction is not about her. It is about the client. The goal is to educate buyers and sellers while anticipating their needs so they are confident in making big decisions without any hesitation.

Lyndsi originally hails from Massachcesetts and is a proud James Madison University Alumni. When she is not out scouting the newest homes to hit the market, you can find Lyndsi catching a live DC sporting event (Vamos United!), visiting area wineries, or in search of the city's most perfectly crafted gin martini.
