A native of La Jolla, CA, Elke graduated from the University of Miami with a degree in Economics and a double minor in Marketing and Communications - a harmonious blend of both quantitative and personal skills which she brings to her real estate profession. Both during and after college, Elke worked for commercial real estate developers in Miami and in Private Equity on the acquisitions side. She supported deal execution for a $1B AUM fund by conducting due diligence for commercial real estate acquisitions through research, analysis of comps, and modeling on Microsoft Excel. She then took her real estate skills to REEF Technology, a real estate tech startup based in Miami. As a Business Analyst, Elke used her passion for creative problem solving to use data to solve complex problems and assisted in the launch of over 120 business applications for REEF Kitchens in under 8 months across 38 cities in America.

Elke joined Douglas Elliman to bring her commercial real estate, private equity, and tech startup background to her true passion - residential real estate in Miami. Her focus is on luxury condos and single family homes in Miami Beach, Coconut Grove, Brickell, Midtown, and Edgewater.

As a former resident of Coral Gables and Brickell and current resident of Miami Beach, Elke is very well-versed in the geographical and cultural makeup of Miami. She is passionate about securing off-market listings for her clients through combining her knowledge of the city and utilizing her technical background which is necessary in acquiring off-market properties.

As a member of The Bloch Team, Elke plans to help grow the already prominent team which has closed $100M in annual sales volume into the new year and beyond.
