Ignacio Villanueva

Born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela, Ignacio graduated Law School from the Universidad Catlica Andrés Bello in 2005. After working for one year as a paralegal at a big corporate law firm in Caracas, he quickly realized that while law was not his true calling, a legal training was going to give me a leg up in his professional career regardless of what field he chose. Upon graduating, he moved to New York City in 2005 and went on to have a 10-year-long corporate career in Marketing and Advertising and earned a Master's degree in Marketing Communication from NYU.

Real estate has always been his passion and it's a career that flourished organically from a side business when he moved to Miami with his wife in 2014. Right after the real estate market crash of 2008-2010, he began acquiring properties in Miami as an investor and learned the ins-and-outs of real estate with himself as his first client. His experience investing in and developing real estate has given Ignacio a deep understanding of the Miami market, its different demographics, neighborhoods and nuances associated with buying, owning and improving residential real estate.

His advocate for all his clients and are is always looking out for their best interest because, as he himself says: “my clients' satisfaction is my real track record.” He has purposely divided his business 50/50 between buyers and seller and has focused his business on high-end properties on Coastal Miami from Pinecrest to Aventura. Ignacio has beet the top selling agent in Morningside in 2021 and 2022.
