Before her real estate career, Joyce made her mark in retail as both a buyer and an owner. In the early 90s, she launched two successful boutiques in Aventura Mall, revolutionizing independent retailing of prestigious clothing labels. Recognized by WWD as part of “Retail's New Guard” in 1999, Joyce then transitioned to commercial real estate leasing, securing a deal for 35,000 square feet to a national tenant and representing high-profile clients in premier locations such as The Design District, Brickell City Center, and Lincoln Road.

Joyce's return to Miami in 2012 followed a successful stint in Manhattan, where she honed her skills in home design and accessorizing, collaborating with some of New York's most sought-after designers. Her expertise in space, decor, and style, combined with her business acumen, seamlessly translated into residential real estate, earning her accolades for her renovations in Sagaponack, New York City, and Surfside, Florida.
