Emilia Sultan

Emilia Sultan works with top real estate professional, Terry Naini, in Brown Harris Stevens Downtown Office. Before becoming a primary member of Terry Nainis team, Emilia worked in various facets of real estate from mortgages with J.P. Morgans Private Bank to affordable housing in the nonprofit world. Keenly aware of the challenges posed by ones search for a new home, Emilias primary goal is to simplify the process through her integrity and knowledge of the New York City housing market. She values the relationship she forges with each of her clients built on trust and excellent service. Emilia is a New Yorker, born and bred. After graduating from Riverdale Country School, she studied public policy at New York University, where she obtained her bachelors from the Gallatin School of Individualized Study and her Masters from the Wagner School of Public Administration. Emilia currently lives in Park Slope with her husband and can be found running through Prospect Park or rummaging through the local Food Co-op.
