The 135.5 acre Sanchez Farm and Hunting property is located just south of Costilla, NM with paved access off of Highway 522. 85+/-t acres are dedicated to irrigated alfalfa in a gorgeous setting in the foothills just north of the Latir Mountain Wilderness.
