Joel Winer

Having grown up in Somerset county, graduated from Montgomery Township High School, and experienced all that Central New Jersey has to offer, Joel is supremely qualified to call himself not just a Montgomery expert but an AREA expert. With his 10+ years as a second-generation real estate agent, having lived in both Washington DC and New York City, he brings a unique and varied perspective to his approach to real estate and his clients. During his tenure in NYC he worked in sales, marketing, and branding for large corporations as well as a small start up enterprise (which remains successful today). It is his savvy people skills, intimate knowledge of the local market, and common sense approach that have distinguished him as a real estate professional who is both highly respected and well liked - by clients and colleagues alike. Joel feels that as a Realtor, he is not simply 'selling' but rather providing a service: guiding a buyer or seller through the often-emotional home sale process.
