Durchman Lake is located just a mile south of Mt Curwood, Michigan's second highest point! Own a whole private lake, surrounded by high rolling terrain and rock outcroppings. There is a small stream that exits the west side of the lake that is a tributary of the East Branch of the Silver River. Remote but accessible! All maps which reference any property lines are approximated. This property does not have legal, insurable access. From the county road it crosses numerous timber company ownerships.
