Raqiba Lela Bourne is a lifelong resident of New York City and enjoys the culture and pace of the city. Over the years, she has also lived in Los Angeles, CA; Raleigh, NC; Philadelphia, PA and Lenox, MA and has always returned home. R. Lela has been a real estate investor, property owner, rehabber and property manager for more than 15 years and enjoys all aspects of property ownership and development. She brings her extensive knowledge of construction and interior design, exceptional negotiation skills and understanding of the benefit of a cohesive team, in maximizing real estate ownership and investment, to real estate sales. Lela worked full-time managing an international corporate restructuring in the Global HR division of Credit Suisse First Boston, while consulting independently on the development of the neckwear company, Malik Sealy XXI and BCT Partners, a technology firm.
