This came as no shock as her grandfather began the family's trade of real estate development in Brooklyn in areas such as Bergen beach and downtown Brooklyn since the 1950's. Teaching his granddaughter everything about property management, development, and real estate sales since childhood, it has become Alicia's second nature.
