You pass this Historic site, and then pass an access point to the Bill Nicholls Trail, then take easement roads to get to the 160 -Acre wooded parcel in the Summer time, and in the Winter you can use this same route to get there with your Tracked ATV or snowmobile. The Bill Nicholls Trail is 41.5 miles long, and stretches between the Village of Greenland at the south-western end, and the City of Houghton is at the other end. ATV, Horseback riding, Mountain biking, Snowmobiling, Walking, and Cross Country skiing can be done on this trail.
