Camping is NOT allowed on SFR zoned parcels in SB County. So there are 4 good reasons not to buy it. Why buy it? Maybe you own a neighboring parcel and want to expand your lot size. Possibly you hold hopes that some day the moratorium might end and you want to get a lot for cheap in that event.. As a 3rd and final option, maybe you're just glutton for punishment and plan on ignoring all the things I just noted above. Whatever your situation you're welcome to drive by the lot.
