Shinichi Morisawa

A Brooklyn resident for 20 years, specifically calling Clinton Hill home, Shinichis passion and knowledge for the neighborhood radiates through to every client. With over seven years of rental experience and more than 5 years of closing sales, Shinichi will guide you through the process of buying or renting with ease and expertise. Shinichi has developed a remarkable ability to find ideal properties, determine competitive market pricing and develop impactful marketing campaigns. Originally from Japan and Germany, Shinichis diverse background allows him to better connect with clients. His deep understanding of the challenges buyers face drives his high level of dedication for investigating the market. His main objective is to exceed client expectations, achieve contract finality, bring all negotiations, inspections, and processes to a close while providing the highest level of customer service. Shinichi developed a passion for homes while working at The Juilliard School of Music. In working with students, musicians, dancers, opera singers, set designers, choreographers, conductors, and the faculty members on a daily basis, there was always a moment when he found himself discussing their home. Shinichi realized that everyone needs a place to call home and by entering the real estate industry he would be able to help those around him find or sell theirs. He is involved in Martial Arts (Aikido specifically), helping him develop inner power, a great ability to read his opponent, and a feeling of being centered both physically and mentally. Shinichi also enjoys cooking unique cuisines from around the world, fine wines, home decoration, textile re-upholstering, sewing and exploring the rich history of Brooklyn.
