Since 2018, Eric has taken a tremendous amount of pride in helping buyers navigate the challenges of a seller’s market and earning every client’s trust.

By focusing on Midtown and Intown communities, Eric understands what attracts buyers to the heart of Atlanta’s vibrant live-work-play culture and is passionate about the kinds of properties they’re drawn to — historic homes in the most established neighborhoods, renovated spaces in transitional areas, new construction on the Atlanta BeltLine and along the Peachtree corridor.

With particular expertise in the condominium market, Eric is able to guide buyers through a more multi-layered process and interface with lenders, homeowner associations, property managers, and often developers.

A native Atlantan and a natural 'people-person,” Eric is friendly, easygoing, and enjoys working with clients from diverse backgrounds. You’ll find that his first priority is to inspire peace of mind throughout the homebuying process. This is accomplished in large measure because of his unstoppable work ethic and rare attention to detail.

Eric's background includes many years of managing people and projects in both corporate and nonprofit environments. Early in his career, Eric created architectural plans for a restaurant design group at Jacobs Engineering. More recently, he served as the operations manager in a large medical practice for 13 years.

As president of GLAAD Atlanta Leadership Council, Eric helped plan numerous fundraising galas and other premier events in Midtown and across the city. He also enjoys singing with the Atlanta Gay Men’s Chorus and the Atlanta Opera Chorus.
